Antitrust Lawsuit Filed - Christou v. Beatport

The Law Office of Jeff Vail LLC filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of clients Regas Christou and the South of Colfax Nightlife District on December 1st alleging illegal tying, monopolization, civil RICO claims and interference with contract against global electronic music downloading service Beatport, Denver nightclub Beta and New York-based talent agency AM Only.
